The Nuvias Monitoring Service provides you with an additional service solution to further support your customers. It indicates potential firewall hazards at an early stage enabling you to take necessary measures for your customers in the case of an incident.

This service offers your customers added-value. It can give you opportunity to deepen both customer loyalty and value creation to help generate business growth.

Our monitoring solution is connected 24x7 to your systems and reacts to predefined threshold values. We connect to your systems via a secure IPSEC connection to obtain the SMTP protocol and the status of the configured sensors.

Configuration as a Service

Nuvias has invested in state-of-the-art configuration facilities offering partners and vendors a viable alternative to running their own config centre’s in-house, or outsourcing to specialist providers. Equipment is shipped direct from Nuvias or vendor warehouses, to our purpose-built facilities, speeding up the delivery times and reducing the chance of errors. Services offered include:
